Job summary

First Degree Recruitment seeks an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to head a Cape Town dealership’s pre-owned division. You will lead the sales team, set targets and drive profitability while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

In this role you will monitor stock, forecasts and budgets, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and consistent achievement of monthly targets in a corporate branded dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager focusing on pre-owned vehicles.
• Experience in corporate branded dealership environment (Hyundai, Suzuki, VW, etc.).
• Valid SA Driver’s Licence and clear criminal record.
• Grade 12 or equivalent.
