Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager with New vehicles.
• Experience in a corporate branded dealership (e.g., VW, BMW, Hyundai).
• Proven track record of meeting targets and profitability.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid SA Driver’s Licence.
• Clear criminal record.
• Grade 12 or equivalent.

• Oversee the New Vehicle Sales Department.
• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to meet monthly targets.

• Proven track record of reaching targets and ensuring departmental profitability.

• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.

• Valid SA Driver’s Licence.

• Clear criminal record.

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
