Job summary

TALENTEDGE RECRUITMENT & ADVISORY is seeking a driven leader for the pre-owned vehicle sales team in South Africa. You will steer sales targets and gross profits, while developing marketing initiatives to grow used car sales and identify new opportunities.

You will supervise staff, collaborate with F&I for finance products, and build lasting customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction. A valid SA driver’s license and a solid track record are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years’ sales experience in Used Vehicle Sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Ability to locate new stock and evaluate used cars.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid South African Driver's Licence and clean criminal record.
