Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, ideally within recruitment or a similar B2B environment.
• Comfortable with heavy outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Willingness to work USA hours (10 AM to 20:15 PM UK time).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with existing clients.
• Cold outreach and conversion of warm leads to close deals.
