You will optimize resources, monitor performance data, and collaborate across departments to deliver reliable service. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, 6+ years in leadership, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and managing teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with common operational software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all operational activities within the Upington facility.
• Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor operational performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions as needed.
