Position: Technical Lead Underground Mining

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Lead, Underground Mining, to join our team in our Centurion or Cape Town office. This critical leadership position is accountable for advancing business development initiatives, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality consulting projects. The selected individual will lead and support a regional team of professionals, support the Director / Head of Mining and Metals in executing strategic objectives, and be responsible for meeting regional business and financial targets while effectively mitigating risk exposure.

Qualifications And Experience

• Demonstrates a proven track record of leadership in team management and successful delivery of complex consulting projects.
• Exhibits a history of effective sales performance, client relationship management, and consistent project delivery.
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of risk management, operational processes, and strategies to enhance team performance.
• Displays excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Is proficient with industry-standard software and reporting tools.
• Member in good standing with professional industry organisations (eg SAIMM, ECSA)
