Job summary

Momentum is seeking an experienced professional to trace and track clients and beneficiaries, administer benefits, and ensure all transactions are properly recorded. You will contact members for unclaimed funds and process payouts in a compliant, timely manner.

The role requires 3-5 years in a call center or debt collection environment, proficiency with MS Office, and knowledge of retirement fund policies including Section 37C. Relevant education at least Grade 12 or higher.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a call center and/or debt collection environment.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Knowledge of Retirement Fund, Provident and Preservation Fund policies including Section 37C.
• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Higher certificate, diploma, or degree (NQF Level 5 to 7) in fields such as Business Management or Administration / Communications and Law.

Responsibilities

• Perform tracing and tracking duties.
• Verifying successfully contacted and traced members.
• Provide service delivery to customers through tracing and locating clients using contact and personal details.
• Trace, track and gather client's personal and contact details.
• Resolve tracing and tracking issues to serve customers better.
• Ensure compliance of company guidelines and policies.
• Processing payments and retention policies and procedures.
• Ensure a transfer and effective coordination of hand-over processes to Momentum Financial Planners where applicable.
