Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Delivery Consultant, or 180 Recruiter.
• Strong experience recruiting into the UK market, ideally within Change & Transformation.
• Confident in using Boolean search and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct pre-screening calls and first-stage interviews.
• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process.
