Surgo (Pty) Ltd in Century City, Cape Town, seeks a Tsonga-speaking Customer Service Advisor on a fixed-term contract starting 1 October 2026. The role focuses on identifying customer needs and delivering first-class service via inbound calls, while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to SLAs.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 months of inbound call center experience, fluency in Tsonga and English, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 passed.
• Fluent in Tsonga (Read, Write, Speak).
• Fluent in English (Read, Write, Speak).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite applications.
• Clear Criminal Record.
• Available immediately.
• Own transport (Advantageous).

Responsabilités

• Answer call and respond to customer requests.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the in-house operating system.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Assist irate members and escalate when required to senior agents/team leader.
• Ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
• Perform daily administrative tasks and accurately capture data in CRM systems.
• Adhere to company policies and processes and to SLA targets.
