Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months inbound call centre experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Administrative experience is desirable.
• Experience in healthcare/insurance/financial or administration sectors is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Answer call and respond to customer requests.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the in-house system.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Assist irate members and escalate when required.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Perform daily admin tasks and capture information in CRM systems.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
