Job summary

Surgo (Pty) Ltd is seeking a multilingual inbound call centre agent to identify customer needs and deliver first-class service. You will handle inbound inquiries in Swati, Ndebele, Sepedi, Tsonga or Venda, start on 1 October 2026, on a fixed-term contract with renewal potential.

Requirements include Grade 12, fluency in the listed languages, MS Office proficiency, a clear criminal record, and immediate availability. Centruy City, Cape Town location with 08:00–17:00, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months inbound call centre experience.
• Fluency in Swati or Ndebele, Sepedi, Tsonga or Venda.
• Proficient in MS Office and clear criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and respond to customer requests.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Identify, research, and resolve issues using the in-house system.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Assist senior agents when required.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure cases are reviewed and actioned.
• Monitor SLA and occupancy/workflow.
• Work with CRM systems and perform admin tasks.
