Bonafide Human Capital (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Commercial Vehicle Dealer Principal for a prominent Rustenburg truck dealership. The role requires a minimum of 5 years as Dealer Principal at a truck dealership and 8–10 years in the motor industry, with Matric and ideally a Business Management qualification.

You will lead Sales, Service, Parts, and Admin across three sites, drive profitability, develop teams, and ensure adherence to OEM and legal standards while delivering strong CSI and customer

Qualifications

• Matric required; tertiary qualification in Business Management advantageous.
• 8–10 years motor industry experience with at least 5 years as Dealer Principal.
• Proven track record as Dealer Principal/GM/Branch Manager/New Vehicle Sales Manager.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Service, Parts, F&I, and Admin operations.
• SA driver's license and clear criminal/credit record.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to all dealership departments.
• Oversee daily dealership operations and ensure cross-department coordination.
• Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for profitability.
• Drive vehicle sales and implement strategies to increase market share.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and CSI to align with brand guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with governance, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Report performance and strategic updates to the Regional Executive and Head Office.
