Job summary

Innovation Advance Group is seeking a Travel Designer to craft journeys across Africa's wild places, turning ideas into beautifully priced itineraries, and negotiating with trusted suppliers to deliver memorable safaris.

You will collaborate with sales agents and manage bookings from concept to guest arrival, while contributing to conservation travel that funds community projects.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of inbound travel experience
• Experience designing journeys across Southern and East Africa
• Proficient with TourPlan and WETU (or similar)
• Matric with maths; travel and tourism qualification is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Turn big ideas into costed itineraries across Southern and East Africa
• Negotiate best supplier deals without compromising guest experience
• Partner with sales agents who rely on your speed, creativity and flair
• See bookings through from first spark to guests on safari
