Responsibilities

• Manage all transport parts store operations.
• Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of parts.
• Source and order transport and fleet parts from approved suppliers.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate variances.
• Process goods received and goods issued accurately.
• Ensure the stores department is organised, secure, and compliant with policies.

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Transport Parts Store Controller to oversee all aspects of the transport parts store operation based Durban, KZN

The successful candidate will be responsible for stock control, inventory management, parts procurement, supplier liaison, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the stores department. A strong understanding of transport, fleet, or commercial vehicle parts is essential, together with experience in parts ordering and maintaining accurate stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all transport parts store operations.
• Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure the timely replenishment of parts.
• Source and order transport and fleet-related parts from approved suppliers.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate stock variances.
• Accurately process goods received and goods issued.
• Ensure the stores department is organised, secure, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
