Job summary

Hydropower Systems (Pty) Ltd in Potchefstroom is seeking a qualified Training Specialist to join our Head Office team. You will design and deliver training for employees and on-site mine staff, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and compliance.

You will develop learning materials, learner guides, tests and assessments for new projects and oversee both internal and external training activities, contributing to a skilled and safety-conscious workforce in the mining and engineering sector.

Qualifications

• SETA-accredited Assessor, Moderator and Facilitator.
• Proven experience in planning and managing training activities internally and externally.
• Experience in mining and engineering sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage internal training for HPS employees.
• Manage on-site training for mine employees on HPS equipment and systems.
• Ensure training meets quality, compliance and safety standards.
• Create learning materials for new projects (Learner Guides, Tests, Pre-use Checklists and Assessments).
