Advania seeks a Trainee Technical Engineer – Endpoint Support in its Technology Services department. The role supports endpoint compliance and reporting using Microsoft Intune across customer estates, following run books, and logging tickets.

The position operates under a hybrid working policy, offering balance between office and home, with opportunities to contribute to service improvements and build technical knowledge through training.

Qualificações

• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management concepts.
• Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Ability to follow structured processes, run books, and documented procedures with strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly to users.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily endpoint support activities and checks in line with documented run books and procedures.
• Use Microsoft Intune to monitor managed devices and support compliance across customer estates.
• Log, track, and update support tickets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Escalate issues to the wider support team when required.
• Identify and flag trends, risks, and recurring issues during daily checks.
• Support efforts to reduce non-compliant devices and improve endpoint performance and security.
• Maintain accurate time logging and complete tasks within agreed timelines.
• Contribute ideas for service and process improvement.
• Take part in team meetings and training to build technical knowledge and capability.
