Job summary

Optimal Growth Technologies seeks a Senior Intune Specialist/Systems Administrator to lead design, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, ensuring reliability and security.

You will own Intune/Endpoint Manager configurations, Autopilot provisioning, CA, Defender for Endpoint, and MDM/MAM policies; collaborate with IT teams, monitor compliance, patching, and DR readiness in a hybrid enterprise environment.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Intune Specialist / System Administrator to lead the design, deployment, administration, and optimization of Microsoft endpoint management and enterprise infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Azure AD / Entra ID, Windows administration, device compliance, security policies, and modern workplace technologies. This role will be responsible for managing enterprise endpoint environments, ensuring security compliance, supporting end users, and driving automation and operational excellence across the IT infrastructure landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune environments for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Configure and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, conditional access, and security baselines.
• Manage Autopilot deployment profiles and zero-touch provisioning.
• Administer mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) policies.
• Monitor device health, compliance, and remediation activities.
• Deploy and manage applications using Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Troubleshoot endpoint enrollment, policy deployment, and application deployment issues.

System Administration

• Administer and support Windows Server environments and Active Directory infrastructure.
• Manage Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Maintain patch management, software updates, and vulnerability remediation processes.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security across enterprise infrastructure.
• Perform backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.

Security & Compliance

• Implement endpoint security controls aligned with organizational policies.
• Support Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and related security tools.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in security audits, risk assessments, and incident response activities.

Automation & Optimization

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
• Improve operational efficiency through process automation and standardization.
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure and digital workplace initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in system administration and endpoint management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 administration and security.
• Experience with Autopilot, Conditional Access, BitLocker, and Defender for Endpoint.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience managing hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and identity management.
