Job summary

Optimal Growth Technologies seeks a Senior Intune Specialist/Systems Administrator to lead design, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, ensuring reliability and security.

You will own Intune/Endpoint Manager configurations, Autopilot provisioning, CA, Defender for Endpoint, and MDM/MAM policies; collaborate with IT teams, monitor compliance, patching, and DR readiness in a hybrid enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 7+ years of system administration and endpoint management experience.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Strong Windows 10/11 administration and security knowledge.
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience in hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Intune environments for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Configure compliance policies, CA, and security baselines.
• Manage Autopilot deployment profiles and zero-touch provisioning.
• Administer MDM and MAM policies.
• Monitor device health, compliance, and remediation activities.
• Deploy and manage apps via Intune and Endpoint Manager.
• Troubleshoot enrollment, policy deployment, and app deployment issues.
• Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Manage Azure AD, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Maintain patch management and vulnerability remediation processes.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
• Implement endpoint security controls and Defender for Endpoint support.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
