You will lead a team under the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality framework, supervise Trackless Mobile Machinery & Mines, and ensure 85% fleet availability and SAP PM data compliance.

The role emphasizes staff development through IDPs, budgeting, and monthly reporting to the Resident Engineer.

• Identify and assess level of issue based risk exposures in area of responsibility.
• Apply mitigation and implement control measures for residual risk.
• Manage SHEQ compliance within the Process through effective use of the IMS toolbox.
• Supervise the Trackless Mobile Machinery & Mines team and maintain labour stability.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction and monitor performance against targets.
• Maintain 85% availability of the trackless fleet and ensure SAP PM data compliance.
