Job summary

Samancor Chrome Ltd. seeks a Finance and Administration Manager to lead financial resources, administrative systems, and operational support functions with accuracy and policy compliance. You will oversee budgeting, cash flow, and reporting while driving process improvements and risk mitigation.

The role requires driving SHEQ adherence, team leadership, and effective use of company systems (IMS, SAP, Coupa) to support strategic objectives and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial management and budgeting processes.
• Ability to manage a department and staff effectively.
• Knowledge of risk, audit, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess risk exposures within area of responsibility.
• Manage SHEQ compliance and use the IMS to monitor status.
• Compile Financial Reports and ensure budgeted costs are achieved.
• Manage Working Capital cash flow and CAPEX budgeting.
• Lead process improvements and Six Sigma projects where applicable.
