You will coordinate bookings, liaise with service providers, and ensure that all operational elements run smoothly to deliver exceptional experiences for travelers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tourism operations, coordination, or a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage tour bookings, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated.
• Liaise with transportation providers, accommodation suppliers, and activity operators to confirm arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute pre-trip information and itineraries to clients and guides.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any operational issues that may arise during tours.
• Monitor and manage operational costs, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new tour products and operational procedures.
