Job summary

The Staff Connection in Stellenbosch is seeking a sales and marketing professional for a 6-month contract to drive occupancy targets, manage the lead pipeline from enquiry to placement, and coordinate campaigns with agencies and internal teams.

You will lead projects, support onboarding of residences, monitor performance, and build relationships with schools, universities and partners, with travel between campuses as needed.

Qualifications

• A relevant diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Communications or related field.
• At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience with targets and campaigns.
• Experience leading projects or cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong pipeline management and lead conversion skills.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, presentation and written communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• South African citizenship is essential.

• Manage the lead pipeline and oversee the journey from enquiry to application and confirmed placement.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, agencies, suppliers and internal teams to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to keep key initiatives moving.
• Support the onboarding of new residences and the integration of acquired properties where required.
• Monitor performance, analyse results and prepare reports and presentations to track progress.
• Build relationships with schools, universities, student stakeholders and relevant industry partners.
• Travel between residences, campuses, events and stakeholder sites as needed.

What you’ll bring:

• A relevant diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Communications or a related field.
• A 5 years’ relevant sales and marketing experience, with a proven track record in targets, campaigns, stakeholder management and reporting.
• Experience leading projects, workstreams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong pipeline management and lead conversion skills.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, presentation and written communication abilities.
• A valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle.
• South African citizenship is essential.

Your advantage:
