Staff Connection - Hospitality Recruitment and Executive Search in Stellenbosch seeks a Sales & Marketing Lead for a 6-month contract to drive campaigns, convert leads to applications and manage occupancy targets across a property portfolio.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Sales/Marketing or related field and 5+ years’ experience, with strong project leadership, pipeline management and reporting. A valid SA driver's licence and own vehicle are essential; SA citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Communications or related field.
• At least 5 years’ relevant sales and marketing experience.
• Experience leading projects, workstreams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong pipeline management and lead conversion skills.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, presentation and written communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• South African citizenship is essential.

Responsabilités

Ready to make an impact in a fast-moving, student-focused environment? We’re looking for a commercially minded Sales & Marketing Lead to drive campaigns, convert leads into applications and bring sales and marketing initiatives to life across a property portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Bring

• At least 5 years’ relevant sales and marketing experience, with a proven track record in targets, campaigns, stakeholder management and reporting.
• Experience leading projects, workstreams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong pipeline management and lead conversion skills.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, presentation and written communication abilities.
• A valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle.
• South African citizenship is essential.

Your advantage:

Experience in student accommodation, higher education, hospitality or property, together with exposure to CRM systems, digital marketing, marketing analytics or the South African tertiary education and student funding landscape.
