Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field.
• RE 5 qualification advantageous.
• 7+ years in financial services with at least 4 years in management or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and branch profitability.
• Strong understanding of banking products, regulations, and risk management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations in Tembisa, including sales, customer service, and admin.
