Job Purpose

The Telesales Consultant will be responsible for proactively contacting potential and existing customers via phone to promote the Company's cleaning range. If you are a sales enthusiast with excellent communication skills, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to promote cleaning products.
• Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Follow up on quotations and customer enquiries promptly.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions on the CRM system.

Minimum Requirements

• Professional telephone etiquette and fluency in English.
• Own reliable transport to work in Nelspruit.
• Clean criminal and credit record.
