3L Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking a reliable Scheduler to join its Pretoria-area team. The role focuses on coordinating installation and repair appointments, liaising with customers and technicians, and maintaining accurate job records.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in administration or scheduling, solid computer skills, a valid SA driver’s licence and access to reliable transport; Afrikaans is advantageous in this environment.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• 2–5 years' experience in an administrative and/or scheduling environment.
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to work with computer-based administrative systems.
• A valid South African driver’s licence.
• Own reliable transport.
• Preferably residing in Pretoria, Centurion or surrounding areas, with reliable access to the Irene workplace.
• Strong Afrikaans communication skills would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule installation and repair appointments with customers based on requests from various internal sources; coordinate schedules with technicians; liaise with procurement on stock; monitor technicians' boot stock requirements.
• Job Management and Administration: Maintain and update the eWorks system; create jobs with instructions; allocate technicians; send appointment confirmations and follow-ups; monitor status; reschedule as needed; own and maintain job cards.
• Customer Communication and Follow-Up: Monitor customer messages for requests; create necessary tickets; provide timely feedback on arrangements and progress; ensure resolution and closure.
• Reporting and Performance: Report inconsistencies and challenges to management; ensure adherence to SLAs and KPAs; maintain accuracy and participate in reviews.
