This hybrid role blends on-site collaboration for key meetings with remote work for analysis and documentation, driving insights and functional requirements for telecom services and systems.

You will work with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment, identify market opportunities, and support solution implementation that enhances competitive position and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, telecommunications or related field with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders and translating them into functional specifications.
• Knowledge of telecommunications products, services and market dynamics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across the telecommunications domain.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications for new products and services.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
