Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in telecom operations management.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications network infrastructure and service delivery models.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with operational support systems (OSS) and network management tools.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day network operations, including monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance network performance and service availability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations specialists and technicians.
• Oversee the budget for the operations department, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
