Placements24 is seeking an experienced Telecoms Service Delivery Manager in Randburg to lead the operational delivery of telecom services. This hybrid role combines on-site leadership with remote work to serve clients across Gauteng.

You will manage a team of technical and support staff, drive process improvement, ensure SLAs are met, and coordinate with network operations, engineering and customer support. Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in service delivery management within the telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex service delivery operations and teams.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, network operations, and SLAs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of telecom services, ensuring SLA adherence and quality.
• Mentor a team of service delivery professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
