Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close complex telecommunications projects , defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular status reports to senior management, and ensure compliance with project objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on telecoms infrastructure projects .
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with network deployment, fiber optics, wireless technologies, or related telecoms disciplines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
