Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in managing telecommunications operations.
• At least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, protocols, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with NOC management tools and ITIL best practices.
