Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in network administration, telecom networks preferred.
• Strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and network security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the company's telecom network, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize speed and reliability.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and security policies.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning for network systems.
• Respond to network alerts and provide technical support.
• Stay updated on emerging telecom technologies and suggest improvements.
