Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in telecommunications network management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale telecom networks.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure technologies, and security best practices.
• Experience in project management, budget management, and vendor negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the telecoms infrastructure aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers and technicians.
• Oversee procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of all network hardware and software.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, optimize costs while ensuring service quality.
