Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency in IP networking, routing, and switching.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and virtualization.
• Strong knowledge of security principles for network infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership and communication for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of core telecommunications infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce standards for network hardware, software, and deployment practices.
• Conduct performance analysis, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex infrastructure issues, ensuring rapid resolution.
