Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecommunications network planning, design, or engineering.
• Solid understanding of fiber optics, wireless, and IP networking.
• Experience with network planning tools and capacity management software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term network capacity and expansion plans based on traffic forecasts and business growth.
• Design network architecture and select technologies to meet future service requirements and targets.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for upgrades and deployments.
