Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of telecom network planning, design, or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of network planning tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in documenting and presenting network designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term and short-term network expansion and upgrade plans based on traffic forecasts and service requirements.
• Analyze network performance data to identify areas for optimization and capacity enhancement.
• Evaluate new network technologies, equipment, and vendor proposals to determine suitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Create detailed network design documents, including capacity plans, equipment layouts, and migration strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to align network plans with business objectives and service rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all network planning activities.
