Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years as a Business Analyst in the telecoms industry.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling (BPMN), and creating functional specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in Agile and Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements for new telecom projects and system enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise technical specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, IT, and network operations to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues related to telecom services and operations.
• Facilitate requirements review sessions and gain consensus from all relevant parties.
• Support the testing and implementation phases of projects, ensuring solutions meet business objectives.
