The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in business analysis within telecommunications and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in telecommunications.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Excellent requirements gathering, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with telecommunications products, services, and operational processes is highly desirable.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements for development teams.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement through system enhancements or new technology adoption.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, resolve issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and other documentation to support system design and development.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during project implementation.
