Placements24 is seeking a sharp and analytical Telecoms Business Analyst to join our client’s team in Mahikeng. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions in the telecoms sector, analyze requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into functional specs for IT and network teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, telecom or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in telecoms.
• Strong understanding of business analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
