Placements24 is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Technician to join our fully remote operations team. You will diagnose and resolve voice, data, and video network issues, deploy and maintain routers, switches, and PBX systems, and provide expert remote support to users and IT teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of VoIP, MPLS, and fiber optics, along with remote troubleshooting, security, and documentation practices.

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Telecommunications Technician to join their fully remote operations team. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to voice, data, and video communication networks.

Requirements
