Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in telecommunications analysis or systems engineering.
Strong understanding of voice, data, and video communication systems.
Proficiency in network analysis tools and performance monitoring software.
Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with report-writing abilities.

Responsibilities

Analyze network performance data to identify optimization and cost-reduction opportunities.
Evaluate new telecom technologies and vendors with adoption recommendations.
Develop and document system requirements, specifications, and implementation plans.
Support the implementation and integration of new telecom systems and services.
Troubleshoot complex network and system issues with cross-functional teams.
