Qualifications

• Experience as a Field Service Engineer in the telecommunications sector.
• Strong understanding of telecoms technologies, including mobile networks, fixed-line, and data transmission.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and test equipment relevant to the field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within the Rustenburg region and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot telecommunications hardware and software solutions.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on network equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare reports for new installations and upgrades.
