Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications systems engineering.
• Proficiency with VoIP, IP networking, and transmission technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and teamwork.
• Hybrid work capability in East London.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, and maintain telecommunications systems, including voice, data, and video networks.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and upgrade infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including network diagrams and operational procedures.
