Our client, a rapidly expanding telecommunications infrastructure company, is seeking an experienced Telecom Site Acquisition Specialist to manage the acquisition of new cell sites in and around **Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal**. This crucial role involves identifying suitable locations, negotiating leases, and navigating the complex regulatory landscape to secure sites for network expansion. You will be responsible for driving the site acquisition process from initial search through to final lease execution and permitting. The ideal candidate possesses strong negotiation skills, a thorough understanding of real estate principles, and familiarity with telecommunications zoning and permitting requirements. This position requires significant fieldwork and local travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential sites for new telecommunications infrastructure based on network design requirements.
• Negotiate lease agreements and other property-related contracts with landowners and real estate agents.
• Conduct site visits to assess feasibility, access, and suitability of prospective locations.
• Manage the permitting and zoning application process with local authorities.
