Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of fibre optics, PON, DWDM, and wireless technologies (LTE, 5G).
• Experience with network planning, design, and deployment tools.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and data transmission principles.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing contractor performance.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities
