Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 4+ years in a technical telecom role, preferably in a sales engineering or solutions architect capacity.
• Strong understanding of telecom technologies (IP networking, VoIP, mobile, cloud, fibre).
• Ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Design and present technical solutions for voice, data, and network services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients and executives.
• Develop technical proposals, quotes, and BOMs.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and answer customer queries.
• Act as liaison between client and internal engineering/support teams.
• Assist in implementation and handover of solutions to operations.
