Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in technical sales support, pre-sales engineering, or solutions architect within telecommunications.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, wireless tech, VoIP, and cloud-based communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to understand customer technical requirements and business challenges.
• Design and present customized telecommunications solutions including network infrastructure, cloud services, and unified communications.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical deep-dives for prospective clients.
• Develop detailed technical proposals, statements of work, and BOMs.
• Act as SME on telecommunications technologies and trends for internal teams and customers.
• Provide technical feedback to product management and engineering based on market needs.
