Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Telecom Sales Representative to join its commercial team in Upington. You will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive sales of telecommunications products and services within your territory.

The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, a proven sales track record, and willingness to travel. The position offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within telecom or technology sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical product features and benefits.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs.
• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of telecommunications solutions.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
