The ideal candidate has 5+ years in telecom operations, strong leadership, incident management experience, and the ability to drive process improvements remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, protocols, and monitoring tools.
• Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively.
