Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record are essential.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test telecommunications equipment, including routers, switches, and fiber optic systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic checks on network infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during field operations.
• Provide basic customer support and guidance on equipment usage.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent.
